Most well known for the creation of the Selectric series of typewriters IBM made machines before and after for using in businesses and government organizations.

Electronic Typewriter | 1980 - | Made to compete with the smarter offerings from IBM's competitors. This machine did not last long as it was based around the Selectric III and quickly replaced by the Wheelwriter. | |
Wheelwriter | 1984 - | More cost conscious and generally worse than it's predecessor. |
